Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required
- Licensed PT in PA or Compact PT Licensure required
- EPIC experience required
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:00
- Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts
- Weekend requirement: as needed
- Holiday requirement: expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays, or 1 of 2 if the assignment falls over only 2 holidays
- Patient volume may exceed 8 scheduled patients per day
- Schedulers create staff schedules
- Manager interview required
- Maximum requested time off: 7 days
