Assignment Overview
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the CVICU unit in a community hospital based in High Point, NC. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing complex cardiac, respiratory, and hemodynamic conditions requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. This role is suitable for candidates with at least one year of ICU experience, and first-time travelers are welcomed.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced hemodynamics and continuous cardiac, respiratory, and neurological monitoring
- Provide care for general, vascular, or thoracic surgical patients with continuous support needs
- Handle cases such as MI, post open-heart, and severe sepsis
- Administer and titrate IV drips, including CRRT and advanced cardiac devices like Impella/IABP
- Document and interpret cardiac and hemodynamic data
Qualifications
Required:
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience with cardiac monitoring, advanced hemodynamics, and ventilator care
- Proficiency with cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
