Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Elko, Nevada - Flexible Monthly Coverage
Recurring OB/GYN coverage offers flexibility to work 3-4 clinic days per week, paired with 24-hour beeper call and a broad obstetric case mix.
Highlights
- Approximately 12 shifts available per month
- Multiple providers can share the coverage
- Mix of outpatient OB/GYN care and delivery coverage
- No APP supervision required
Practice & Cases
- Outpatient setting with approximately 20 clinical patients per day
- Care includes prenatal management of low- and high-risk pregnancies
- RN, MA, NP/PA, and office staff available
- Cases include routine and complicated deliveries, C-sections, breech and multiple births, OB ultrasound, and major operative gynecology
Schedule
- Clinic coverage 3-4 days per week
- Clinic hours run 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
- 24-hour beeper call may be included
- Call activity averages 3-4 phone consults, 2-4 patients seen, and 2-3 admissions
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Nevada license or active IMLC LOQ
- ABLS certification required
