- 12-hour shifts -- 7 am - 7 pm days or 7 pm - 7 am nights
- 10 - 15 patients per day
- Adult ICU -- MICU or SICU setting
- Responsible for one unit only
- Arterial and central lines required
- Ongoing coverage -- 1 - 2 weeks per month
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
