- Weekday call shared -- weekend call with 2 physicians rounding
- Patients discharged must be rounded on by 10 am
- 100% adolescent population -- ages 4 - 11 and 12 - 18
- Inpatient setting
- Average census 20 - 25 patients; patients divided among physicians
- Fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry required
- ACLS and PALS certification required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
