- 4,10-hour shifts -- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri; 7 am - 5:30 pm or 8 am - 6:30 pm
- 18 patients per shift
- Primary care setting with mental health component
- 2 exam rooms available
- Primary care experience required -- all ages treated
- Comfortable with mental health component required
