- Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, 40 hours per week
- No emergency call, no callback, no holiday coverage
- Minimum 2 visits per patient contact hour
- 36 patient contact hours per week -- 4 hours for charting/admin
- Hospital privileges required
- Board certification required
