- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts with a combination of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour coverage as needed
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with on-call nights, weekends, and one major holiday
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,170 - $3,400
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience required
- Experience with Impella, telemetry, and IABP strongly preferred
- Ability to independently read telemetry strips
- Must pass telemetry exam on day 1 with 85% or better
- Active Massachusetts license required
- ARRT or RCIS certification required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Preferred experience in IR and/or a Level I Trauma Center
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients and equipment for safe, efficient procedures
- Monitor telemetry and support patient care throughout the case
- Work confidently with advanced cardiac support devices, including Impella and IABP
- Maintain accurate clinical awareness while responding to changing patient needs
- Support on-call coverage for nights, weekends, and holiday assignments
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to promote excellent patient outcomes
