DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide day shift onsite coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM managing inpatient care.
- Manage an average daily census of 9 patients.
- Collaborate with 24-hour physician coverage for patient management and escalations.
- Perform admissions, discharges, and daily rounds on inpatient unit.
- Perform procedures within NP/PA scope of practice in hospital medicine.
