⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press equipment according to production specifications
- Load and position materials correctly before each production cycle
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job instructions
- Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Make machine adjustments as needed
- Monitor equipment throughout production
- Identify and report equipment or quality issues
- Complete production paperwork as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and production instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to use measuring tools accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to recognize quality issues and inconsistencies

🎓 Experience & Education

- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movement
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and fabrication equipment

- Industrial presses
- Press brakes
- Measuring tools
- Hand and power tools
- Material-handling equipment
