Coverage by a Locum tenens anesthesiologist is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts within a perioperative setting, with call required at a minimum of 1 week per month. Call obligations include 2-3 weeknights of CV call from 7 PM to 7 AM and 1 weekend of CV call on 24-hour shifts with a 30-minute callback requirement. The surgical case mix includes cardiac, thoracic, general surgery, orthopedic, OB, GYN, ENT, urology, endoscopy, neuro, vascular, plastics, pediatrics, and podiatry procedures; CRNAs participate in every CV case as part of the staffing model. Board certification in Anesthesiology and TEE certification are required for all clinicians considered for this role.
