Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage powder coating operations, ensuring product quality and efficiency
Oversee daily production schedules and team performance
Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols
Monitor inventory levels and manage materials for the coating process
Qualifications:
Proven experience in powder coating or related coating processes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work orders
Prior supervisory experience is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus)
