- 12-hour day shifts -- 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Sunday
- Average patient census of 8 - 15 patients
- Open ICU setting
- Bronchoscopy, central lines, and arterial lines required
- Leave coverage while replacing permanent provider
