Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist (CVOR Scrub Tech) – Day Shift

Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 06:30 – 15:00 | 40 Hours Per Week | 12-Week Assignment
- Call Protocol: 2–3 weekday calls per week plus every 3rd or 4th weekend call required.
- Schedule Notes: May be required to work holidays based on unit needs. Fast-paced open-heart and vascular perioperative environment.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist experience required [HARDSTOP].
Specialized Intraoperative Scope [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical mastery scrubbing for Open-Heart/Cardiac, Vascular, and Hybrid OR procedures strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Education Requirement [HARDSTOP]: High School Diploma/GED AND completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist educational program OR an approved U.S. Military Surgical Technology Training Program [HARDSTOP].
Certifications & Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active NBSTSA (CST) (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
Medication Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Position has limited access to Medication Rooms; handling of medications is strictly prohibited [HARDSTOP].
