You will oversee digital building plans, manage engineering files as an Autodesk Vault administrator, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional engineering teams. Responsibilities:Produce detailed 2D technical drawings across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Electrical facility systems.Create, manage, and optimize digital building floor plans, layouts, and assets using AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and CAFM/IWMS systems to support building operations and maintenance.Serve as Autodesk Vault administrator, managing digital design ecosystem files, security permissions, user roles, and plant information.Review architectural drawing sets for constructability, functionality, and compliance with National CAD Standards (NCS), International Building Code (IBC), ADA, and Life Safety guidelines.Interpret and synthesize GIS, FEMA, and GSWCC maps, manuals, and local city/state building codes.Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and provide technical leadership and training to CAD technicians.Collaborate directly with Global Facilities, Design Services, and Grounds Management leadership to execute architectural drawings for roofing, paving, mechanical, and civil projects.
