About the Facility LocationColorado offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. The state features opportunities for hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, and skiing across its public lands, scenic byways, and mountain trails, along with hot springs and destinations suited to a variety of recreational pursuits. Clinicians may also explore arts and culture through performing arts venues, annual art showcases held across multiple venues statewide, community events, and seasonal attractions available throughout the year.
About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide 24-hour call coverage for hand surgery services across inpatient and emergency department settings at an on-site Level I trauma facility. Coverage responsibilities include responding to emergency department consults and transfer center calls related to hand injuries. Hand surgery procedures are required; reimplantation is not within the scope of this assignment. Board certification in Hand Surgery is required, and call coverage is a mandatory component of each designated shift.
