🔥 THIS IS A SKILLED MAINTENANCE ROLE
We're looking for experience with:
⚡ Electrical: 3-phase, AC/DC, control circuits, VFDs & PLCs
🔩 Mechanical systems
💨 Pneumatics
💧 Hydraulics
🛠️ Industrial machinery & automated equipment
Experience with CNC machines, conveyors, forklifts, overhead cranes, lasers, saws, lathes, and welding equipment is a plus!
🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
- Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Respond to production downtime
- Maintain automated manufacturing equipment
- Document repairs and maintenance
- Help keep production running safely and efficiently
✅ WHAT YOU NEED
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience REQUIRED
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills
✔️ Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
✔️ Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
✔️ High School Diploma/GED
✔️ Safety-focused and dependable
