Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN or postpartum Registered Nurse experience
- Active Registered Nurse license preferred at time of submission
- ACLS and NRP required
- Epic experience required
- Ability to float between Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby units as needed
- Previous experience supporting antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care preferred
- References required
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients
- Support intrapartum, antepartum, and newborn care for low- and at-risk populations
- Float between Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby units as needed
- Assist with triage, recovery, and perinatal patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes for mothers and infants
- Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit demands
