Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a high-volume main operating room environment with 23 ORs
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout elective surgical cases including Ortho/Spine, General, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology procedures
- Collaborate within a team-oriented day shift environment alongside experienced OR nursing staff
- Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Adapt to varying case types and surgical specialties while maintaining flexibility and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care Operating Room RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Orthopedic and/or Spine surgical cases
- Cardiovascular (CV) surgical experience
- 2 or more years of OR RN experience
