Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12 | Expected 36 hours/week | Start Time: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: October 19, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort
- Function within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with established guidelines of nursing practice and the Missouri Nurse Practice Act
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Provide emergency care in a facility designated as the only Level III Trauma Center in the region, serving a broad patient population
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- PALS or ENPC certification required
- Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a trauma-designated or high-acuity emergency department setting
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
- Experience caring for diverse patient populations across all age groups
