Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system
- Participate in weekend rotation — every 3rd weekend (Friday/Saturday nights)
- Fulfill at least one major holiday shift from Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
- Adhere to unit-specific protocols; no floating required
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- Active RN license valid in Pennsylvania required at time of submission
- NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- AWHONN Intermediate or Beginner certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Epic electronic health records
- Experience in high-volume or acute Labor and Delivery environments
