Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with an oncology focus
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients during night shift hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses to care
- Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Oncology (ONC) experience required
- Minimum 1–2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work night shift
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced acute care or hospital setting
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
