Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to dialysis patients in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Monitor and assess patient responses to dialysis treatment, reporting changes in condition to the care team
- Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Minimum of 1–2 years of dialysis nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based dialysis setting
- Familiarity with both hemodialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced environment
