Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
- Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
- Participate in OR call rotation, including weeknight and weekend call as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Operating Room clinical experience required
- Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel nurse
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a non-trauma hospital setting
- Familiarity with varied OR shift lengths including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- Comfort with on-call responsibilities, including overnight and weekend rotations
