Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during overnight shifts
- Operate and monitor Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) equipment
- Manage patients supported by Impella ventricular assist devices
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 18 months of ICU experience within the past 3 years
- CRRT experience required
- Impella experience required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation)
- Prior travel nursing experience in a high-acuity ICU environment
