Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced freestanding emergency department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Maintain current CPI certification — must be in hand at time of submission
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Tennessee or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required and must be current at time of submission
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency or freestanding ED setting
- Experience with high-volume, fast-paced emergency environments
- Strong critical thinking and triage assessment skills
