Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting within an acute rehabilitation environment
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and response to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and discharge planning
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona or a compact license recognized in Arizona
- Current BLS certification required
- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing role
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
