Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) setting
- Support procedural workflows during cardiac catheterization and EP cases
- Float to the Emergency Department to serve as a patient sitter during downtime periods
- Assist on medical-surgical floors by responding to call lights during low-census or downtime periods
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility)
- BLS certification required
- Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology (EP)
- Ability and willingness to float to other units, including ED and med-surg, as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an EP lab setting
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and hemodynamic assessment
- Comfort working in a cross-functional, flexible team environment
