Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Complete required facility orientation modules, assessments, and annual competencies as directed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
- Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- Active ACLS certification required
- One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months is required — co-worker references will not be accepted
- Locals are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience gained within a single facility or location preferred, though not required
- Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessment processes
- Prior travel nursing experience within a large health system environment
