Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities when requested
- Perform wound care assessments and treatments
- Manage patients with PCA and epidural pain management modalities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Surgical experience required
- Wound care experience required
- PCA and epidural experience required
- Active Georgia RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local travelers
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a charge nurse or team lead capacity
- Familiarity with Med Surg acuity environments in a large academic or hospital setting
