- 9-hr shift: ~28 prebooked + 4 walk-in patients
- Average 20 - 24 patients per 8-hr shift
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
- Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Age range: 6 months and up
