Customer Support Specialist - On-Site in Stevens Point, WI - $20/hour
Be part of a team providing top notch service to its customers! We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our reputable client in Stevens Point. This person will provide support to the Client Account team.
Duties:
- Processing renewals and creating communication using mail merge in Word, Mailchimp and other tools
- Loading documents into document archive
- Delivering mail items to team members
- Assisting to monitor a shared team inbox and responding to requests
- Maintaining accurate account information in database
- Working with higher level staff to problem solve
- Assisting with creating portal accounts and maintaining links for customers
- Transferring data from English to foreign language translations
- Special projects as assigned
This position pays $20/hour and will work 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. This opportunity is expected to last through May 2027.
- Ability to develop thorough product knowledge
- Knowledge of computers and skill in programs including MS Office, SQL and Salesforce (or ability to be trained in programs)
- Multi-tasking ability
- Detail oriented
- Strong customer service mindset
