Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Weekends and holidays required per department guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an adult ICU setting, managing complex and critically ill patients
- Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS certification in alignment with stroke protocols
- Float across departments as needed per department guidelines
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
- Adhere to dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months required
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- NIHSS certification required
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Stroke care experience in an ICU environment
- Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments
