Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency room environment
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
- Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS protocols
- Support trauma cases as they arise within the emergency department
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Trauma nursing experience strongly preferred
