Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Physical Therapy license. Provisional License acceptable until State of Nevada Physical Therapy license is issued.
- BLS/CPR certification per AHA standards required.
- Minimum two-year clinical experience in the respective department required.
Assignment Details
- 5x8 schedule with varied shifts.
- Rotating days of the week, including weekends.
- Call requirements to be discussed during interview.
- May be required to float to other facilities based on organizational needs and competency level.
- Will be required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.
- Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
