Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience
- PT degree and license
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- No on-call or weekend requirement
- Coverage area includes Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth
- Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
- Responsibilities include admissions, recertifications, discharges, evaluations, and routine visits
- Dress code: scrubs in any color
