Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 2+ years current PT experience
- Outpatient Ortho experience
- EPIC experience
- Expro experience
- Active New Hampshire or Compact Physical Therapy License
- Active American Heart Association BLS
Assignment Details
- 40 hours per week.
- Holidays required if needed.
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
- Facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after time of offer.
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
- Traveler may be required to work holiday blocks if scheduled or needed.
