- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Active New Hampshire PT license

- EMR: ReDoc
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Type of equipment: routine outpatient PT equipment
- Typical procedures: eval and treatments
- Dress code: professional casual
