Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience.
- Experience completing OASIS assessments and documentation.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 8am to 4pm.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- 2-3 weekend days required.

Location Highlights
Rutland, Vermont offers access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions in a home health setting. Killington Resort is about 15 miles east of Rutland and Pico Mountain is about 10 miles away, giving clinicians access to skiing, hiking, and mountain biking in a four-season area. Downtown Rutland includes the Rutland murals and the Paramount Theatre, and the city sits along U.S. Route 7 and U.S. Route 4 for travel across central Vermont. Pine Hill Park offers more than 16 miles of trails within the city, and Rutland is about 20 miles from Green Mountain National Forest for additional hiking and scenic drives.
