Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Physician Assistant for an emergency medicine locum tenens role supporting a community hospital in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This opportunity places providers within a busy outpatient emergency department environment focused on acute care for a diverse patient population, supported by modern electronic health records and strong specialty resources.

- Strong specialty support including cardiology, orthopedics, radiology, and interventional services
Clinical Scope
- Evaluation, stabilization, and treatment of emergency patients
- Management of acute medical and traumatic presentations
- Procedures within scope of practice, including ACLS and PALS protocols
- Documentation within Meditech EHR
- Collaboration with physicians, nursing, and specialty teams
Requirements
- Active Florida Physician Assistant license
- Minimum of 1 year emergency medicine experience post-training (urgent care or ER staff nurse experience not considered)
- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- 24 hours Stroke CME annually
