About the FacilityThis inpatient facility operates within a structured hospitalist coverage model and maintains established clinical protocols and appropriate resources to support quality care delivery for an adult patient population. The facility is supported by APP assistance and maintains a full-time equivalent hospitalist staffing structure. Coverage is sought across two defined date ranges to address a clinician need within the hospitalist program.
About the Facility LocationHugging the mighty Missouri River, Bismarck is a hub of history, culture, shopping, outdoor recreation, and warm North Dakota hospitality.
About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide inpatient hospitalist coverage on an on-site basis during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, managing 15-18 adult patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include inpatient rounding, management of acute medical conditions, and coordinated care delivery for an adult patient population of individuals 18 years of age and older. APP assistance is available to support clinical operations throughout the assignment. Board certification, ACLS, and BLS are required for all clinicians considered for this locum tenens engagement.
