Our client is seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 60-day assignment in California. This role involves comprehensive outpatient women's health clinic duties, including patient consults, follow-ups, and a full scope of both OB and GYN patients. The schedule includes weekday shifts from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday shifts from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. The physician will perform procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertions, and Pap smears, with no deliveries required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide coverage as discussed prior to the assignment, with openness to different locations preferred but not required.
- Handle typical patient consults and follow-ups.
- Manage a mix of both OB and GYN patients daily, covering a full scope outpatient role.
- Perform specific procedures, including IUD and Nexplanon insertions.
- Conduct Pap smears.
- No deliveries required.
