- 3x 10.5-hr shifts + 1x 5.5-hr shift weekly -- Mon - Sat availability
- Clinic hours: 7 am - 7:30 pm weekdays; 8 am - 2 pm Saturdays
- Ramp up: 1 - 2 patients/hr, progressing to 3 patients/hr
- 20-minute appointments -- all ages, newborn and up
- Rotating between 3 clinic locations
- Outpatient family practice clinic setting
- Hospital privileges required
- BLS certification required
