About the Clinician's WorkdayThe clinician will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for a primarily child and adolescent population, with some adult patients, working approximately 2 days per week (16 hours) during day shift hours on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations (60-90 minutes) and follow-up medication management visits (30 minutes) for patients presenting with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, behavioral and emotional disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychotic disorders. The clinician will collaborate with psychiatric, nursing, counseling, and community support staff within a multidisciplinary care environment. Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and prescriptive authority are required for this position.
