The program employs a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, and multi-linguistic staff - including psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed mental health professionals, Master's level therapists, and Bachelor's level personnel - supervised by licensed clinical experts. Support staff on-site include therapists and LVNs to facilitate continuity and coordination of care.

About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide part-time outpatient psychiatric services for a patient population spanning all ages, working 8-hour day shifts on Mondays or Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM each week. Onsite coverage is preferred; hybrid or tele coverage is also considered. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations (60-90 minutes per evaluation) and providing medication management follow-up appointments (30 minutes per visit), with approximately 90% of the caseload consisting of adolescent patients ages 13-17 and the remaining 10% adults. Call coverage is negotiable for this assignment.
