- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm; one weekend day/month; 4x10s available
- Avg 21 patients per day
- Will float to multiple clinic locations
- Pediatric to geriatric patient population
- Basic primary care visits, follow-ups, wellness checks, medication refills
- 2 years of NP/PA experience in primary care required
- FQHC experience preferred
- Hospital privileges required
