- 24-hour call shifts -- handoff typically at 4am or 4pm
- 10.6 patients per day currently
- Nursery Level 1: 2 - 3/day, Nursery Level 2: 0 - 2/day, Ped Floor: 1 - 3/day
- Cases include newborn births, RSV, pneumonia, hyperbilirubinemia, and more
- Procedures required -- circumcision, intubation, UVC, LP, attend deliveries
- Collaborative pediatric care with two health systems
- NRP, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- Hospital privileges required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
