- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with admin time flexibility
- 15 - 18 patients per day
- All ages patient population
- Outpatient clinic with walk-in and urgent care services
- Hospital privileges required
- Primary care, walk-in, and urgent care experience preferred
