Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during day shift hours
- May float to additional ICU units (including cardiac/heart ICU) and Progressive Care Units (PCUs) as needed
- Participate in potential on-call duties as required by the unit
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona (verified by driver's license)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in cardiac or heart ICU environments
- Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations
