Contract | 13 Weeks | 12-Hour Mid Shifts (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting at a Level II Trauma facility
- Perform and interpret 12-lead EKG and dysrhythmia assessments
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic (required within the last year)
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday as part of the standard schedule
- Wear Navy Blue Scrubs per unit dress code requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license or valid Compact State license
- AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS certification required
- AHA PALS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience
- Must pass a 12-lead EKG and Dysrhythmia exam prior to placement
- Proficiency in Epic EMR within the last year is required
- Must reside at least 40 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric emergency experience is preferred
- Experience working in a Level II Trauma environment
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing change in a dynamic setting
